Considered furniture.
Distinctive spaces.

From workstations and meeting rooms to welcoming receptions and hospitality-inspired breakout areas, furniture shapes how a space feels and functions.

As an independent design consultancy, we select across suppliers to build a furniture specification around your brief. We bring layout, comfort, materials and practical procurement together, helping you create a cohesive interior with lasting value.

01 · Plan & specify

Start with how you use the space.

Furniture in context

Furniture layouts & specification

We begin with the activities your furniture needs to support, from focused work and collaboration to meetings, relaxation and hospitality. Layouts consider circulation, capacity and the relationship between each setting. We then develop a specification that brings form, comfort and function together, so individual pieces contribute to a coherent interior.

Comfort, ergonomics & everyday performance

Furniture should work as well as it looks. We consider seating comfort, adjustability, dimensions and suitability for the intended setting, alongside durability and maintenance. The aim is to identify products that support your people and withstand everyday use, with choices informed by the working patterns and requirements of your organisation.

02 · Source & personalise

Character, without compromise.

Materials, upholstery & finishes

Bespoke pieces & craftsmanship

Independent sourcing & supplier selection

Our independence gives us the freedom to explore products from different manufacturers and suppliers. We compare options against your brief, considering design, quality, availability and cost. This allows us to build a balanced selection for the whole space, drawing on the right sources for each requirement rather than restricting the specification to one range.

Samples, finishes & upholstery

Colour and texture can transform the character of a piece. We bring finishes and upholstery into the wider interior palette, reviewing samples so selections can be considered together. Appearance, tactile qualities, cleaning requirements and suitability for commercial use all inform the choice, helping you make confident decisions before orders are placed.

Bespoke furniture design & sourcing

Where standard products do not meet the brief, we can develop bespoke furniture with appropriate makers and suppliers. From fitted seating and collaborative tables to distinctive reception pieces, the design responds to the dimensions and purpose of your space. We consider practical use alongside materials and detailing to create something specific to your interior.

Budget planning & value-led alternatives

We review the furniture selection against your available budget, helping identify where investment has the greatest impact and where alternatives may be appropriate. Product comparisons consider function, quality and design intent as well as price. This supports informed decisions and a balanced specification, with any changes discussed before the selection moves forward.

Responsible choices.
Lasting value.

We consider supplier environmental information, product durability and relevant warranties when making recommendations. Where appropriate, we also explore retaining or reusing suitable existing furniture. The aim is to choose pieces that serve the space well over time and reduce avoidable replacement.

03 · Coordinate & complete

From selection to setting.

Supplier liaison & order coordination

Once the specification is agreed, we can support communication with suppliers and coordinate the agreed order process. Product details, finishes, quantities and anticipated lead times are reviewed to help keep decisions aligned. The extent of our procurement role and the purchasing arrangements are agreed with you at the outset.

Delivery & installation coordination

We can liaise with suppliers, installers and your wider project team to help plan furniture delivery around the readiness of the space. This includes discussing access, sequencing and placement requirements. By coordinating the agreed scope, we help the furniture installation connect with the wider programme and the intended layout.

Final placement & finishing touches

The arrangement of furniture is part of the design. We can support final positioning and review how the pieces come together within the completed interior. Small adjustments to layouts and finishing details help translate the specification into a space that feels considered, welcoming and ready for use.

Warranty information & aftercare liaison

We help bring together relevant supplier warranty and care information for the specified products. Where agreed, we can also assist with supplier liaison on furniture issues identified after installation. Clear information about maintenance and the appropriate contact points supports the ongoing care of your furniture.
