Over the years, we’ve completed hundreds of site measures across the workspace, retail and hospitality sectors. We come prepared with a laser guide in hand, allowing us to carry out a detailed measure of the building or space. We then transfer it over to our CAD software, producing an accurate scale drawing from which we can start the exciting design bit of the process. To the bare bones, we add all the details that will make your space into one that’s engaging, inspiring and and true to you.

Once you’ve approved the concept, our technical team will transform the ideas into a reality. We provide complete working drawing packages with full specifications to allow the fit-out contractor to accurately deliver your concept.

The drawing package typically includes room data sheets, general arrangement plans (GA Layouts), reflected ceiling plans (RCP), partitioning, flooring, light level calculations, decorations, signage, door schedules, furniture, bespoke joinery, power and data, and elevation drawings. No detail is too small, it’s what makes the space uniquely you!

Throughout the construction phase we can liaise with the relevant contractors / attend site process meetings, and offer our full support until the competition of the project. At the point of practical competition we can help with any snagging issues and advise on those key finishing touches to dress the space.
