What’s included + what needs a closer look
Scope and inclusions depend on the type of space selected. For CAT B offices, the starting point is a suitable CAT A space. Furniture and design support are separate planning allowances.
Building condition, services capacity, access, programme and your final specification need a closer look. Approved rates and their inclusions, exclusions and VAT treatment will be confirmed before budget calculations are enabled.
