Our work / Selected projects
TSG
We once again worked with Time Limit Interiors and TSG to provide them with a fully renovated and redesigned space for their headquarters at Kingsway North, Team Valley, Gateshead, NE11 0JZ.
We have worked closely with TSG and TLI for many years on multiple sites, having established an interior brand identity which has been replicated in multiple offices across the UK.
Project sites include 112 West George Street, Glasgow; Hallam Fields Commercial Park, Leicester; Colton, Leeds; 4 Snow Hill, London; and Gosforth Park, Newcastle.
The work included a double-height entrance lobby, larger and more desirable breakout spaces, meeting facilities and dedicated training rooms, as well as a higher number of workstations and washroom facilities.
Our work extended to redesigning the external cladding, branding signage and feature canopy.
Our services included:
- A full site survey and audit of their existing offices
- Workspace analysis
- Space planning
- Concept design
- 3D visualisation
- Technical design
- FF&E specification
- Site support from start to completion
Completed: 2023
Project size: 10,000 sq ft
