We were appointed by Boultbee Brooks to deliver a full Cat B fit-out at Tailors Corner in Leeds. The brief: transform a blank canvas into a fully operational, design-led workspace that would allow future tenants to move in and get straight to work, no extra fit-out, no delays.
Working closely with the client, we delivered a turnkey solution that balances functionality with strong visual impact. Every element, from space planning and finishes to FF&E, was carefully considered to ensure flexibility, usability, and a seamless tenant experience from day one.
