ruCREATIVE worked closely with recruitment agency Gilbert Meher to create a highly positive and customised workspace to support their forward thinking ethos.
As a small business employing now 33 staff, it was imperative the company’s new office space created a family feel in what is a highly competitive environment.
As you enter the office you are greeted with a bespoke concierge desk with suspended lighting and greenery, to the left is a waiting area complete with a feature display wall and hanging chair. The space makes you smile and looks and feels very cool and urban/industrial and is continued throughout. We designed bespoke signage, steel mesh doors, bar, room dividers and meeting booths comprising of mild steel sheets, mesh and fluted glass. To soften this accents of reclaimed timber
Working open plan, the strategic focal point for all staff is the large video walls or “Leader Boards” creating healthy competition amongst staff. The leader board walls also feature cool retro artwork in their brand colours.
Whilst there is an individual competitiveness, the business needs to be united, so to counter the competitive nature a stylish breakout space was key for team bonding and to attract and retain the best talent, a bar, pool table and games area all assist in going this.
The business has flourished since Gilbert Meher occupied their new office; productivity is massively increased and staff recruitment and retention excellent. A prime example is they have recently introduced a 4 day working week.
